Neuro Rewire Art Workshop

The Neuro Rewire Art Workshop introduces you to the basics of neurographic art, a simple yet powerful art-based practice designed to help shift patterns in the brain.
Through guided drawing, you’ll explore new ways of thinking about challenges, habits, or conflicts, allowing creative solutions and new neural pathways to emerge.
This deeply introspective process requires no artistic skill, it's not about the final piece, but the transformation that happens as you create.

Shelley Joy of Harmonizing Whispers is returning to Red Deer for a full day of Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) sessions on Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Red Deer Wellness and Healing Centre.
If you joined us at the Soulful Connections Psychic Fair a few weeks ago, you may remember Shelley’s grounded, heart-led presence and the deep soul work she offers. She’s back for a special one-day opportunity to experience private SRT sessions in a peaceful healing space.
These sessions are designed to help clear energetic blocks, old patterns, emotional heaviness, and soul-level interference so you can reconnect with clarity, peace, and your own inner knowing.
Whether something has been feeling stuck, repeating, or difficult to move through, this is an opportunity to receive gentle yet profound support.

These 2-hour, in-person small group sessions explore a variety of focused topics, offering a supportive space for deep transformation and integration.
Dismantle limiting beliefs and stories with the subconscious imprinting technique framework. Then release what is being held in the body and anchor in what you are desiring through the 4 steps somatic embodiment of SoulFlow™. Combining these modalities creates the opportunity for deep and meaningful shifts to place in both the body and the mind.
These sessions are for EVERY BODY everything is an invitation and however you choose to participate is perfect. Some people might feel called to dance with free flowing movement while others prefer to stay seated or lay on the floor. There is no right or wrong way to experience it. Come with an open mind, prepare to turn inward and lean into trusting the wisdom of your body.
